Reception & New Job
Type any registration. A vehicle on file fills in its owner automatically; an unknown registration offers Add new vehicle without leaving the screen. Duplicate registrations and duplicate customers are blocked, and customer, vehicle and job save together in one step.
Customers
Searchable customer records, each able to hold several vehicles, with a full history of jobs and workshop communications attached to the right person.
Health Reports
A printable A4 vehicle health report, built from the same job record as everything else - no second system to keep in sync.
Invoices
Create, review and finalise an invoice, then print it, download it as a PDF, or email it. Payments are recorded as unpaid, part-paid or paid.
