About
A Laurus Technology product, built around real workshops
PaddockDesk is developed by Laurus Technology, part of Laurus Group Limited, using the Laurus Operating System approach - a shared technology foundation, purpose-built for how a workshop actually works, rather than a generic system stretched to fit.
Our approach
Built from real workshop roles, not a feature list
Every screen in PaddockDesk is built around a role that already exists in a workshop - the owner checking today's numbers, the service advisor on reception, the technician on the shop floor. The product follows a job from the first phone call through to the invoice, because that's the order a real workshop experiences it in.
What guides it
How PaddockDesk is built
One connected record
A booking, a job card, a parts order and an invoice are the same underlying record, not four systems kept in sync by hand.
Honest about status
Every feature on this site is labelled as Live or In development, and stays that way until it genuinely changes.
Part of the Laurus Operating System
PaddockDesk shares its technology foundation with other Laurus Technology products, so it's built to last rather than built to demo.
Laurus Group
Part of Laurus Group Limited
Laurus Technology is the software arm of Laurus Group Limited. PaddockDesk is one product in that family, built with the same standards of engineering and honesty about what's actually live.
